Explaining exactly what you are having trouble with and what is happening on your screen/sending a screenshot is extremely useful.
For example: “I just bought [name of course/guide]. When I try to log in, I receive an error message that says ‘this user does not exist.'”
This will allow us to help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
