1.5 cups coconut water
3/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 inch turmeric root (peeled) OR 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 inch ginger root (peeled)
1 tbsp chia seeds
optional: for a sweeter taste, add 1 teaspoon organic raw honey
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend for 10-30 seconds, until smooth.
3. Pour and enjoy!
